TOTEME offers a 14-day return policy from the date of delivery, allowing you to return items in their original condition with all tags and packaging intact. Please note that all returns must be processed through our official portal to ensure a seamless refund to your original payment method.
Initiate Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return.
Prepare Package
Place the items in the original shipping box and ensure all original labels and designer packaging are included.
Attach Label
Print the pre-paid shipping label provided by the portal and securely attach it to the outside of your return package.
Drop Off
Schedule a collection or drop off your parcel at the nearest authorized courier point, ensuring you keep the tracking receipt for your records.
